If you had walked into our space this past week, you wouldn’t have seen “power suits,” stiff networking, or the usual armor of perfectionism that we’ve been told “professionalism” requires.
Instead, you would have seen a circle of brilliant, bold women in their most comfortable attire, getting radically honest about their futures.
We just wrapped up the Women’s Business Retreat: Pajama Party Edition, and my heart is still incredibly full. But let’s be clear: this wasn’t just a “get-together.” This was a masterclass in architecting success on our own terms.
